ChatGPT helps you. K2 helps your whole office.
K2 gives your business its own team of AI agents. They draft quotes, chase invoices, keep your records tidy and work through the email you send them, overnight and all day. Your whole office shares them, they run on the AI plan you already pay for, and nothing goes to a customer without your yes unless you say so.
- Setup from $1,500, done with you
- Use your ChatGPT, Claude, Grok or Gemini plan
- No per-seat fees

One person's chatbot, or a team that works for the business.
With ChatGPT, you type, copy, paste and send, one task at a time. K2 agents have standing jobs: they watch the inbox, prepare the quotes, chase the invoices, and hand work to each other. Your office manager and you use the same team.

| Who does the work | You, one prompt at a time | Agents inside that company's suite | A team of agents with jobs, shared by the office |
| What you pay | A seat for each person | Per seat or per agent, on their plans | The AI plan you already have. No per-seat fees, no markup |
| Your customers | Not included | Depends on the suite | Their own login to check on their job (beta) |
| Where it runs | The AI company's cloud | The suite's cloud | Your computer, or a private server we run for you |
Compared with a virtual assistant: a VA is a person billed by the hour who works their hours. Your K2 agents work nights and weekends on the AI plan you already pay for, and a person on your team still makes the calls.
Appalachian Field Service moved off Quickbase onto software built on K2 with the team behind K2, and now saves about $37,000 a year. Read the case study. At launch, their agent team resolved all 350 staff tickets in three days. See how

An example for a 15-person service business. Each agent has a job you give it and works on a schedule.
- OvernightThe inbox is handled. With your support email forwarded to her, or moved onto K2, Mira answers the routine questions from your FAQ and drafts the rest. Anything unusual goes to the top of your list.
- 7:30Morning brief. Russell sends you and your office manager the three things that need a person today.
- 10:00Quotes in minutes. Theo drafts the Hillside quote from your price list. It waits for your OK before it goes out.
- 2:00Money comes in. Nina drafts reminders for invoices over 30 days, from your billing export. You choose which ones send.
- AnytimeAgents work together. When a quote is approved, Theo tells Russell, and the job lands on Friday's schedule.
Examples with sample data. Agents work from the files and exports you give them, and from email you forward to them or move onto K2, which can host your company email.
Agents with real jobs, shaped around your business.
Start with the jobs that eat the most time. Add an agent whenever a routine task keeps landing on someone's desk.

Claude, ChatGPT, Grok or Gemini, mixed on one team. Pay the AI company directly, with no markup and no seat for every agent.
One job. Three agents. One question for you.
Your agents message each other directly. The quote agent checks the schedule with your chief of staff and the billing agent flags what you need to know, so you get one clear question instead of three people chasing you.
- No more relaying. Theo's quote goes straight to Russell for the schedule and to Nina for billing.
- One message to you, with the details already checked.
- You can jump in anytime, from your desk or your phone, and the whole team sees it.
Hillside quote is drafted from our price list: $4,280. @Russell can the crew do Tuesday? @Nina anything I should know?
Tuesday 8am works. Two techs. I'm holding the slot until the quote is approved.
Heads up: Hillside has one invoice 32 days overdue. Worth a call before we book.
Quote ready, crew booked for Tuesday, one overdue invoice to mention. Send the quote?
Ask for an app. Your agents build it.
Your agents don't just do the work, they build the tools around it. Ask for a page your customers can check, a board for the crew, a quote tracker, or a dashboard for the morning. Make it look like your brand. If something needs changing, you tell the agent that built it.

Examples of apps K2 agents built when asked. Customer logins are a newer K2 feature (beta), set up with you. Your customers only ever see what you approve; drafts stay inside K2. Apps your customers or crew open from anywhere get their own web address with K2 Connect Pro ($7.99 a month).

Your business. Your rules.
K2 runs on your own computer or a private server we run for you. You decide which jobs each agent does and which emails can go out on their own.
- Email goes out the way you choose. For each agent: it can't send, it asks you first, or it sends on its own. When we set up your team, every agent starts on asks you first. You loosen it once you trust it.
- What K2 enforces for you: each agent's email setting, and K2's own email, domains and database staying off until you turn them on. Rules you write, like "ask before ordering parts", your agents follow as instructions, which is why every agent starts small.
- Your data stays in your setup, not inside an AI company's app. The AI company still sees what you send its AI.
- Your agents get their own space. We set K2 up on a private server or its own Mac user, so agents only reach what's in that space, not the rest of your files.
- Agents only use the accounts and logins you give them.
- When an agent gets something wrong, it's a draft waiting for your OK, not a sent email. You can read every message it has sent in its chat, and you fix it by telling the agent what to change.
Set up once. No per-seat bill.
A typical month after setup: your AI plan (for example ChatGPT Plus at $20), a rented K2 server at $14.99, and K2 Connect: $2.99, or $7.99 with customer apps. About $38 to $43 a month for the whole office, AI plan included. No per-seat fees.
Outgrown Quickbase or another per-seat tool?
The team behind K2 also rebuilds it as software you own, with your agent team built in.
Questions owners ask.
What does a K2 agent actually do for a small business?
The routine work that fills your week: answering and drafting email, preparing quotes from your price list, chasing invoices, keeping lists and records current, and morning summaries. Each agent has a job and a schedule, and they hand work to each other.
Will it work with our tools, like QuickBooks or our scheduling app?
Agents work with your tools through the email and exports you give them, or through a tool's own connection (API) where it has one. On the free call we go through your tools and tell you what connects directly and what doesn't.
Can we start small?
Yes. Start with one agent on one job, like the inbox or quotes, as a pilot. The $1,500 start covers installing K2 and getting your first agents built and running. Add more once they're earning their keep.
Do my staff need to learn anything?
They message agents in plain words, from the desktop app or the K2 phone app, like texting a coworker. We set up the agents and the rules with you.
Can it send something wrong to a customer?
Only if you let it send on its own. For each agent you choose: it can't send, it asks you first, or it sends on its own. Most owners start with "ask me first" for anything that goes to a customer.
Which AI plans work?
ChatGPT Plus or Pro, Claude, Grok and Gemini plans, or a model that runs on your own computer. K2 adds no markup. Several agents share your plan's usage limits, so a busy office may need a bigger plan or a second one. We size this with you on the call.
Where does it run, and is our data safe?
On your own computer, or a private server we run for you. Your agents, files and records stay in your setup. Agents can do what that computer's user can do, so for a business we set K2 up on a private server or a dedicated Mac user. The AI company still sees what you send its AI.
What does setup cost?
The consultation is free. To get started, we install K2 and get your first agents running from $1,500, and you build from there. A full agent team set up for you starts at $3,000, depending on its size. You pay your AI company directly, and a private server starts at $14.99 a month.
Can you help after setup?
Yes. The people who set up your agents can stay on call to keep them tuned and help when you want more. We'll quote that on the call.
We run on Windows. Does that matter?
That works. Your agents run on a private server we host, and your team reaches them from the K2 phone app or a web browser (beta). K2 itself runs on Mac (Apple Silicon) and Linux.
